Allow me to introduce myself. I have 37 years of experience in the mental health field and 26 years of deep immersion and expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).

I am also a family therapist and have worked in private practice, hospitals and outpatient settings in a variety

of capacities.

I am licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Virginia, Maryland, and the United Kingdom. I am also authorized to practice tele-therapy across most of the United States through the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT). View participating states.

I have an enduring and lifelong passion for global and international humanitarian issues and have worked with the University of Massachusetts Center for International Education on a variety of humanitarian endeavors.  Keep reading >

I have collaborated with Dr. Roberts in multiple roles and she operates at a level of excellence in all that she does and achieves. Dr. Roberts is highly-regarded, respected, and liked universally by colleagues, clients and other stakeholders.

She is warm, thoughtful and engaging in interaction. If you ever need someone to watch your back in a difficult situation, I can’t think of a more genuine and effective person. She is a joy to work alongside.

Dr Roberts excels in her capacity to think through, understand, and respond effectively with the most complex of cases. She presents with the highest standards of ethical practice in her own work and similarly expects the highest standards of ethics of others.

Someday, after mastering the winds, the waves, the tides and gravity, we shall harness for God the energies of love, and then, for a second time in the history of the world, man will have discovered fire.
